Tremendous 10-Year Anniversary Celebrations for the Class of 2014
, by HSOG Community
On Saturday 8th February, approximately 40 former pupils from the Class of 2014 made the familiar journey down the driveway of Old Anniesland to mark one whole decade since they waved goodbye to HSOG.
Thanks to the hard work of class year organisers, Robyn Harris and Katie Murray, the Pavilion was the venue for the occasion, hosting a welcome drinks reception accompanied by canapés before guests sat down for a two-course meal with wine, ably prepared by school caterers, Compass. The sticky toffee pudding was particularly reminiscent of school lunches and went down a treat!
Joining them for the start of their celebrations were a few of the group’s former teachers, including Head of Modern Languages, Mr Niall Campbell, and Modern Languages Teacher, Mrs Karen Evans.
It was a joy to welcome you all back and we hope you had a splendid evening of reunion, reminiscing and memory-making!
